Return Window
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus original shipping costs.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging with any tags attached
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized items, intimate apparel, and any item marked as final sale at checkout cannot be returned.
Refund Process
Email hello@givebackly.com with your order number to start a return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
