5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. GiveBackly is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus original shipping costs.
